By accessing or using the Stream platform and related services (“Services”) provided by CentricApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Stream is a video platform that enables institutions to create, manage, and deliver video content for learning. Services include integration with learning management systems (e.g. Moodle), video processing, and related tools as described on our website and in your subscription plan.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services to upload, share, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, is illegal, or violates the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Access to certain features may require registration and a valid subscription. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Subscription terms, including billing and renewal, are set out in your order or separate agreement.
The Services, including the platform, software, and documentation, are owned by CentricApp or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services. You retain ownership of content you upload; by uploading, you grant CentricApp the licenses necessary to operate and provide the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentricApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or for other reasons as set out in your agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
